Adel Boseli

He is the co-founder of NaviWare and its real estate product RealSync, with 9 years of experience in the software industry and a proven track record in software design, implementation, systems architecture, data analysis, project management, and data mining.
In 2007, Boseli started his entrepreneurial work by joining IdealRatings; which has grown to be the global leader in Islamic fund management and index services.
Boseli started his software career after graduating from Ain Shams University in 2003 (Computer Engineering). Starting in Raya software followed by ITWorx, he delivered many successful projects to the Egyptian government, Qatar Ministry of foreign affairs, and Qatar Foundation.
Apart from work, Boseli acquired the post of Rotaract District Representative (2010/2011), responsible for managing 10 countries, delivering mega projects in the areas of community service, international understanding, and peace promotion.

Carmen El-Saadi

Has more than 10+ years work experience in the fields of Retail and Aviation Industry.
The past two years she managed the main Diwan Bookstore branch which is one of the most successful startups in Egypt combining business with culture.
Prior to that she was working as a financial accountant for Lufthansa German Airlines in Cologne, Germany, handling accounts and commercial agreements of airline partners and joint ventures.
Carmen graduated from the American University in Cairo with a major in Business Administration and received her MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Applied Sciences Bonn, Germany, with a focus on e-commerce in Egypt.

Dr. Hani Sewilam

He has more than 20 years of academic and professional experience in the fields of sustainable development and green entrepreneurship, innovation, e-learning, and capacity building. Professor Sewilam served as a consultant and reviewer for several international research and development organizations and holds a PhD in management of natural resources from the RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
In 2008, he established the first North African Regional Center of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development (RCE Cairo). Professor Sewilam also coordinated capacity development activities of the United Nations Water between 2010 and 2011. Moreover, he is also working at the RWTH Aachen University in Germany as the academic director of the Department of Engineering Hydrology and executive director of the UNESCO Chair on Hydrological Changes. He has contributed in initiating and developing the idea of innovation chairs in European and Middle Eastern countries. He is now developing a Master in “Green Innovation and Entrepreneurship” .

Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Mottaleb

Is one of the leading figures facilitating the introduction of nanotech to the Middle East. He is Associate Professor of Nano Materials and founder and Director of the Nano Materials Masters Program at Nile University.
He is the Chairman and Founder of SabryCorp Ltd. the first company in the Middle East and Africa to specialize in nanotechnology as well as the CEO and co-founder of Trendak focusing on social media data analysis and mining in Arabic.
Prior to founding SabryCorp, Dr. Abdel-Mottaleb worked in research labs both Belgium and in Germany. Even in his academic career, entrepreneurial activities was evident where he started the center for nanotechnology. He is part of an 18 member strong Egyptian team that is developing an innovation ecosystem for Egypt.

He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton, England. He has worked as a Senior Scientist at BiosGroup, Inc., where he helped optimize various aspects of the operations of Fortune 50 companies. He is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Computers and Information at Cairo University.
In addition to his academic interests, he is co-founder of Peerialism AB, a Stockholm based company that provides P2P media distribution solutions and which has been recently acquired as well as the principle of Optomatica, a business strategy and analytics consultancy.

Dr. Hegazy has over 15 years of legal experience with a focus on Islamic banking and finance, project financing, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. Dr. Hegazy has SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) and LLM degrees from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Before launching Hegazy & Associates, Dr. Hegazy was heading the Islamic Finance Practice Group at the international law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. The other international law firms at which Dr. Hegazy practiced law include: Fulbright & Jaworski (Houston, TX), Baker & McKenzie (Riyadh, KSA), White & Case (New York), Groupe Monassier (Paris), formerly known as "Monassier & Agassi", and Zaki Hashem (Cairo).
